Patricia McCarthy

Pat is responsible for developing corporate and foundation support for Pamplin College of Business's outstanding teaching and research programs. Her collaborative approach makes Pamplin an easy college to work with. Her current focus is on increasing support for faculty endowments and student scholarships, building and improving facilities, and expanding sponsored research.

Pat joined Pamplin in early 2008, having previously served as director of corporate and foundation relations for the University of California Merced, and as learning partners manager for Booz Allen Hamilton. She also served more than 20 years at Hewlett-Packard Company in software engineering and university relations.

Her MBA and master’s in information systems are from Northeastern University, Boston. Pat earned her BS in Psychology from Emmanuel College, Boston.
